Some of my books are set in Australia, and so for most editions of these, Australian/British English is used. ColoUr/favoUrite/etc are spelt with the U in Australia and the United Kingdom.

Some of my books are set in Australia (for example, Me Without You, The Secret Daughter, When I Lost You and A Mother’s Confession, The Midnight Estate). In other cases, the book is set in a different country because the particular story I wanted to tell required it to be set elsewhere (for example, most of The Things We Cannot Say is set in Poland, and in Before I Let You Go, the book is set in Alabama because it relates to a law which only exists there). All of my books are fictional-- none of them are based on my life, and so they will continue to be set wherever a particular story concept dictates, and not necessarily in my own country.
